TERMS AND CONDITIONS

General Booking Conditions

We kindly ask that you read the following terms and conditions thoroughly, as they are applicable to all bookings made through our agency. Any changes to these conditions will only be considered valid if they are agreed upon in writing by a Director of our Company. Please note that verbal changes are not valid.

Our Company acts as an intermediary in arranging flights, car rentals, accommodations, and package holidays for you, the Client, on behalf of the Supplier or Operator (the Principal). It is essential to understand that we are not the Principal and do not assume that role; therefore, this confirmation does not establish a contract with us. Your contract exists solely with the Principal specified in your booking. We cannot be held liable for any actions, omissions, or failures on the part of the Principal.

Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. Principals maintain the right to adjust prices up until they receive the remaining balance. Payment of a deposit secures your seat, not the price.

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the Principal, and we have no authority to alter these terms to benefit the Client. Any amendments or cancellations will incur fees.

A telephone confirmation of your booking is considered as valid as a written confirmation. We strive to meet your needs and will forward any complaints to the relevant Principal on your behalf. As agents, we cannot dictate the Principal's response. We highly recommend that you obtain adequate travel insurance, irrespective of the Principal's booking conditions. It is advisable to review the terms of any insurance policy to ensure it meets your needs. We are happy to provide quotes for insurance. If you choose not to take out insurance, you will be required to sign an indemnity form.

Terms and Conditions for Bookings

The individual making the booking accepts all terms and conditions and is responsible for any amendment fees, late charges, or cancellation costs incurred on behalf of all members of their party. They must also verify all documentation and promptly inform us of any discrepancies. The details provided at the time of booking are based on information from the Principal, and any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

Payment: The balance must be settled by the due date indicated on the confirmation. For certain telephone bookings, full payment may be required immediately upon booking. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of your trip and still hold you liable for cancellation charges. Additional booking fees, if applicable, will be communicated during the booking process. Note that all cheque payments require seven days to clear. Prices may increase before full payment is received due to fuel or other surcharges imposed by suppliers. We do not accept responsibility for cash sent by courier or postal services.

Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements: You are responsible for verifying all necessary passport, visa, and health requirements to ensure your travel documents are correct.

Passport and Visa: Consult the relevant Embassy or Consulate for updated information. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months after your return date. Confirm that you have the appropriate visa and health entry requirements for all countries visited, including transit countries.

Expectant Mothers

Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange flights for expectant mothers who will be more than 28 weeks pregnant on their return date to the UK. We strongly recommend that all pregnant women consult with their doctor to ensure that it is safe for them to fly.
